As the bad effects; with 440 mastery, CH chars will be able to open 4 masteries. For instance, bicheon-fire-cold-force. Which will make them IMMORTAL, and definitely against the "zero-edits" rule. This must be changed for sure, mate. Otherwise its not different than a "only CH" server...

And, I dont agree that CH chars are weaker against EU in pvp, I've seen many CH owning eu's, including me myself. Its just about knowing how to play, and having some quality items. Only %10 dmg increase for chinese is enough. (Done in iSro)

Why are u listening every1 and changeing the server i dont understand, u cant make the server as every1 likes, stick with the plan u had @ the start and see what happens, if there something OP or way out of balance u can change it anyway..

want ur no adv? go make ur own serv
want ur HWT gold coin drop? go make ur own serv

well im not listening to every suggestion but npc wolf was on isro anyways so not a big deal right? :P

you can trust me and my team about keeping the server like the old isro server we just discussing everything and try to get a structure what players thinks about a server

I would like to know about stacks.... because those could be abit better than they were in isro...

potion can be stacked to 500 and bolts,arrows to 1000 the rest is like on isro

If some brainless people like MrsElektra keep talking trash, the server gonna live for a week and no more. With 1 HWID limit and 440 mastery, im out. Im tryna tell you guys the BEST way to keep the server going regarding your mission * zero-edits *. Anyway good luck, lets see what happens.
