My suggestions and reports:

-almost all of flags at samarkand NPC r worthless. Str on GDF disappear after teleport. Lucky flag isnt made properly,it isnt giving any luck ,its same like u add luck stone on item.
-Honor buffs should be reseted weekly or atleast monthly.
-Samarkand hasnt blacksmith.


BTW. for those who say silk/h isnt working, firstly reach 100lvl :)
