not working in current client version 6.16.16_08_12_05_46 (EUW with en_GB region settings).

name available, but RP/IP fields are still greyed out after successfully clicking "check name". clicking these buttons have no effect. of course i copy pasted each letters (are these greek letters looking like latin latters?) as it was explained.

You need 13900 IP or 1300 RP to change the name! Won't work without, this tool just makes you have the summoner name, it doesn't allow you to change your name without spending any IP!
