Well, we are constantly improving balance. It cannot be done within a day but rather is a process. We'd like to have it all balanced already but yea, thats impossible. :/

okey skill changes killed me,
1.FFS 200%
2.DFFS 400% 30sec cd
3.wffs dont know exactly % but nerfed also 25sec cd
4.temps debuff 2buffs 1-7lvl
5.savages 10k regulars 17k crits lewl god bless them
6.mirror shield 70% lewl
7.rates generally $$ for preservation stones and talis >.>

Yes, vit dekans are a bit underpower. Already talked to admin about mirror shield, they gonna change it.

How populated is the server? I doubt it is very populated while in CBT. When it hits 100+ players and the antihack is turned on, it is going to lag like crazy for those that have a lot of network hops to get to it.
