Treasure chest are not the only way to increase your exploration proficiency and you don't have to go over 10k anyway.

Found a way to fix it: just before importing the files into game_pak, find the ui.dds file in the import folder and delete it. This will prevent the hp bars going black.

What is the problem that you are having?
Are you able to import? does parts of the Mod work Like the UI and short Video intro?

A little more info will help

Did you follow the directions? Unzip the Files to the live directory? open up the tool, click the open ( its in Russian ) button and select your game_pak?

Hmm So i followed the instructions, The water is still there though and everything under water is still there. However if im looking down from my boat i can see the bottom now.

The Mod does not remove the water, it just removes the underwater fog
So you can see futher, but you will still have a limited vision by the rain effect at times.
