[HOW-TO] Setup 9.1

So that means i should use anyone of official clients epic 9.1. It's good, cause i downloaded it already =) But i have a few questions about setting. I can't understand why create three new logins in 'Step Three" of this guide.
And thanks for fixing my mistake about "client server". I know it should be called "Game client".

You are creating a log in for each of the server databases...

Auth
Arcadia
Telecaster

It is for heightened security reasons and these users and passwords will be entered into your .opt files for database access of the auth server, game server and clients.

Can i skip "Step 3" or it's necessarily?
making a video guide would be nice =)

That's great...you should make a video guide.

When i finish to setting and it will work correctly may be i will try to make video guide, and now it's impossible cause my sql server refuse to work and a lot of errors eventually. It's so hard!

OMG! I did it. Are you kidding me? Cause the problem was in syntax error. In the guide says use it "sql.db_account.query:SELECT * FROM Accounts WITH(NOLOCK) WHERE login_name = ? AND password = ?;" Ok done. But a few days later i just try to change login_name AND password in common.opt file. There is what i got.
sql.db_account.query:SELECT * FROM Accounts WITH(NOLOCK) WHERE login_name = 'admin' AND password = '613b5247e3398350918cb622a3ec19e9';

When i try to open the RappelzServerAuth.exe it says that i don't have LIBEAY32.dll and need to reinstall. what can ido?

It comes included in the zip file of the auth emulator download.

Make sure you extract all of the contents for the auth server into the same folder.

The CaptainHerlockServer.exe, when i open it says "login failed for use(sa)"

I guess your password is wrong. Check your .opt files and sa password in sql server.

For Auth/Telecaster ONLY Right click and click 'Properties'
For Auth/Telecaster ONLY Click the 'Permissions' label to the left of the window

Example:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Make sure that the access name for your table is listed in the 'Users or Roles:' section and make sure to click it to select it (if its not selected)

lorsque je veux creer avec "manage it lite" des fichiers rdb les bases ne ce chargent pas :

npcressources
skilltreeressources
summonressources

lorsque je veux exporter un fichier rdb impossible :
statressources

je pense avoir suivi le tuto correctement

ensuite à la connection cela bloque

Manage it Lite doesn't support rappelz 9.1 only epic 8, use glandu's tool, easy to find.

j'ai pu faire tous les fichiers dbs.

cela ne règle pas le soucis de collision en jeu

à savoir :
bug à la téléportation le jeu freeze
je ne vois plus mon perso, par contre il y a l'ombre
le son non plus
les objets de mon inventaire sont équipé tous en même temps et je ne peux pas les enlever
dans l'image que j'ai mis plus haut il y a des "collision" qui y sont toujours
quand je met a jour les bdo les colones changes mais du coup il n'y a plus d'information : vide

j'ai grandement besoin des grands de l'informatique :-)

I could do all dbs files.

this does not solve the problems involved collision

to know:
teleportation bug to freeze the game.
I can not see my character , for there against the shadow.
the sound either..
the objects of my inventory are equipped all together and I can not remove.
in the image that I put above there are "collision" that are still there.

I will update when the " bdo " foreign exchange colones but there is more information: vacuum. type null

I really don't know what that problem, i haven't played the game in 2 years, but i think you either have corrupted the arcadia database or your client. Try delete the arcadia database & re-back it up from a fresh one or reinstall the client, or wait for the experts , i already quit being dev for this game long time ago, i just bypass to see updates.
