You mean is you are logged to OsdS can you log into the game at the same time? If my translated question is correct, then answear is YES

emm...i mean...after i done all at server...can i login directly in Dekaron game..just launch the game??..or i need edit the dekaron data.pak 1st???(hope u understand my language)hhehhee....

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mssql_connect() in C:\xampp\htdocs\osds\config\install.php on line 94
line 94: $ms_con = mssql_connect($mssql['host'],$mssql['user'],$mssql['pass']);

after reinstall my xammp. i try to reinstall the osds. but it give me this error.

Have you entered these information: connect($mssql['host'],$mssql['user'],$mssql['pass']); I mean host, user and pass when installing osds?

It depends what client you are using. If csv based client then you must edit channel.csv, login.csv and etc with your IP. If you are using .pak client then you need to do it with hex. Server and client files need to be the same.
p.s. it is really hard to understand what your exactly question is :)

ofcos i did. but still the same. anyway i dun understand why do you need to have install.php?? cant we jut fil in ourselve??

So ..... undefined function means that he (xampp) does not know what function it is
