What's changed since I've been gone?

welcome back JD!! just wondering, in your opinion do you think its still possible to make an unbannable bot? why?

Thanks JD. That is the same impression I got tze last months with old projects where I spent my time in. Some people don't want to understand. That's what I call change in community I want to return back to the old one.

So i got a question do you use an WebBrowser Control or an ShockWave Control for your background bot? And i added you on Skype maybe i got the wrong name i took it from your epvp account.

I dont know, if its possible in Dark Orbit too, but i use an ShockWave Control for my Seafight Bot i can read the ExternalInterface with it. Things like box rewards, boss spawns, minigame wave changed, map infos like pvp/pve maps etc. And is there an SOSLogger in DarkOrbit? Im really lazy to check it ^^.

They've completely restricted ExternalInterface. SOSLogger is also deprecated. Im not sure what codebase seafight is on but sounds like something from 2010.

Why are you spending time in making a bot or doing anything related to real dark orbit?

you can just make an Awesome private server thats just as good as the real dark orbit, and have fun there.

I think you might be wasting your time on something that might or might not work.

Either way best of luck in fighting dark orbit.

I dont recommend it since we have already seen some great Private server come and go. I believe you can make a better one thats really good and will stay for everyone to play :)

I think because a PServer needs a lot of money to keep it online, continue fixes and research of bugs/hacks and I don't think that on 100 players of this Pserver 80 or 90 will pay for everything.(correct me if i'm wrong!) For the bot, look palavia! He did a nice work, He earned money and is working hard to let us bot, but he doesn't spend a lot of money (I think), I'm sure that JD will do a fantastic work whatever he will do :p
