You need to buy only the Merkava and you will get the bot for free for the same period. If it's the first time that you have a Merkava licence on that ID and you buy from official resellers you will get +50% free days.
For the payments you will find all payments possible accepted from your country.

pbdo is not stopped for ever, and merkavabot is little buggy with the function "run if saw enemy" :)

this are the prices for Merkava and MerkavaBot using official resellers email:

for merkava
87.5 euro unlimited license without transferring to another ID (375 days when you buy )
98 euro unlimited license with transferring to another ID (420 days put when you buy)

for merkavabot
75 euro unlimited license without transferring to another ID (450 days merkavabot when you buy)
87.5 euro unlimited license with transferring to another ID (525 days merkavabot when you buy)

So if somebody ask you 94 euro for unlimited MerkavaBot tell me.
