First of all, you dont copy paste the decimal but the hexadecimal.

So you go into the offset txt files and look what you gotta search for to get the right offset.
Then you go to search function, put it in, when it finds it right click the decimal and press Copy ........ (hexadec.).

Now lets say your editting VAC, it uses 2 blocks, so u continue search by pressing F3.

In the meanwhile you've opened Vac hack.whs with notepad and put in the first block like so:
Bolded and underlined is what you replace with the new found hexadec. offset.

Ok guys i tried to modify like some skills and at the end it only showed animation.

Thiss is what i changed:

Genocide:

NO_CANCEL,255,122,0003, ... also tried 0000
NO_CANCEL,255,123,0002, ... also tried 0000
NO_CANCEL,255,124,0000, ... also tried 0000

Skill speed

then

1,0,163,1,0,00000

For cooldown

Also tried it with Spout Anger and other skills and it still shows only animation that i can spam xD

Any suggestions? plshalp
