when i add v19 taskbar
this error keeps reveiling..

Last read Default, ID:10 is duplicated. Ä÷³ÀÌ ¹Ð·Áµµ ÀÌ·±¿¡·¯°¡ ³*´Ù. FILE: propMover.txt

I'm playing around with my theme and I encountered a problem where theres a black rectangle behind my taskbar. I have tried looking in the source and resdata but i dont see anything that would make this happen. Also the taskbar is positioned to the left side all the time and I wanted it to be centered.
