• Enable upgrading system.
For example you have level 24 seal of moon weapon , if you success to pimp it to required plus (Lets say +9) you can upgrade it to Seal of sun weapon.

At first, I read '30cap' and went hahahah, then I read into the server more and discovered it actually looks fun.

i got said that idea before that about the 30 or 20 cap and alot of members says its sux its bad so why when that server got be here wanna to get play on it T_T ( great server keep up )

Basically he's saying he had the idea before to make a 20/30 cap server but a lot of members said it would be shit, now this guys created it and everybody loves it
