[Release]Full EP6 Shaiya Server Files

Yea the OS client works with this, but you need a decrypted game.exe.

Hello after i downloaded this and extracted the folder using winrar onto my desktop. My avg anti virus 2012 popped up and gave this message.

I believe that the ps_game.exe is a virus. But someone can double check. As for me, I'll stick with another shiaya private server.

That actually is taken as that ps_game.exe is packed, so some AV software will detect it as malware, yet it isn't

Hi everyone.
I am trying to edit the dbo.Skill, can anyone point me where to look for the icon numbers for the new EP6 skills? Will try to post the skill DB as soon as I am done, tried the old skills lv71 plus and working now but I am missing the new icons.

Also anyone have luck cracking the level 80?

you cannot do the new skills as they aren't in this ps_game.exe
hint for getting the IDs : open the Skill.SData in hex.

Abrasive, I'm a little confused about this as well. I've looked at the item sdata file and do find items that have a level above 70, but of the items above level 70ish, some have new types and shaiya studio doesn't show items above 70 in the gear tabs. The DB files are assuredly EP5, but the items sdata seems to be ok aside from the ÆäÀÌÅ» ÇÁ·ÎÅØÅÍ item names and such...

I'm in the process of going thru all of the items from the sdata file, but man oh man it's going to be a while trying to make up names.

Does anyone have the English one from the OS client yet? I'm a DBA and am trying to get my head around the item updates for the DB while the other GM is working on the mobs and such...

If ShStudio doesn't show them another tool will.
Just do a simple search of Data Edit. Second link.
But oh wait...that simple tool seems to be too hard to use for 99% of people.
Oh well be stuck on a tool that produces errors due to faulty coding.
This other tool I speak of produces only user made errors.
Anyway it's not too hard to make up names. I did it.
Who cares if they are the right names? Make up your own.
Puts you on the right start to being unique.
As long as you don't take the server down in a week like 99.8% of people now days.
Plus it's not hard to do a simple highlight of the 70+ levels, add in something under or at 70, then click save or whatever.
Simple. Three steps and done.
Things over 70 cause way too much of a gap anyway to be honest.
Since no one uses anything between 16 - 29 and 31 - 60..that includes maps, quests, mobs, etc.
Anyway I've said my point about these "ep6" files in my posts before on here.
Obviously and I'll say again these are just edited ep5 files..which if you wish to be correct extensively edited and added onto ep4 files.
Yet everyone is entitled to their own opinions and uses of things ^_^

the lower sections, i should have said item types exp ; itemid ->72001 item type ( i call section ) 72.

I went into my registry and deleted everything and did a fresh start:

1: Installed MSSQL 2008 R2 Express
Selected "Default Instance"
SQL Server Database Engine = "PC User account / Password"
Selected "Mixed mode" then "Add Current User"
entered the passwords = "PC User Password"
--- Success

2: Opened SQL Server Network Configuration
Opened "Protocols for MSSQLSERVER" Then Enabled TCP/IP
Went into Properties and changed and Enabled all IP1 through IP9 adding/replacing IP Address to 127.0.0.1
"NOTE: I AM CURRENTLY ONLINE USING MY WIRELESS EITHERNET ADAPTER..
I AM SHARING INTERNET TO ANOTHER DESKTOP USING ANOTHER EITHERNET CARD W/CABLE SO THAT'S WHY THERE ARE IP1 through IP9"

Enabled and opened "Named Pipes"
Renamed to \\.\pipe\sql\query
Restarted SQL...

3:Installed SQL Management Studio
Selected New SQL Server stand-alone installation
All 6 Passed hit next and All 11 passed
Selected "Perform a new installation of SQL Server 2008"
Selected "Select All" Shared Features
Installed...

4: Opened SQL Management Studio
Change the Server-Name to 127.0.0.1
Selected "Windows Authentication"
Connected successfully..

Created new login name = Shaiya
Selected "SQL Server Authentication" Shaiya123
Unchecked "Enforce password expiration"

Selected "Server Roles"
Checked sysadmin and Public only

5: Extracted [Release]Full EP6 Shaiya Server Files to C:\Users\EcLiPz\Documents\ShaiyaServer

Attached all the .MDF to "Database"
from C:\Users\EcLiPz\Documents\ShaiyaServer\DATABASE

Opened New SQL Installation.sql
Changed 'your-db-username', 'your-db-userpassword' to 'Shaiya', 'Shaiya123'
Executed successfully

6: Opened open ps_passwordENC.exe "As admin"
Typed in "Shaiya123"
Copied Enc and pasted it in every .ini in PSM_Client / bin / config

Opened SM_Client and selected PSM_ServiceMgr and executed it "as admin" and Installed everything

Opened PSM_AgentInstall Ran "as Admin" Installed Successfully then after i hit ok i receive a random pop up
(Apply windows registry (apply only ps_game/war, ps_login, need restart window)
Clicked it.. Nothing happend after waiting a few min so i hit close...

Opened CMD "As Admin"
Ran cd C:\Users\EcLiPz\Documents\ShaiyaServer
Ran shaiya_svc_register.bat successfully

RESTARTED COMPUTER

Opened PSMServer_Mgr "As admin"
Typed in Username = Shaiya
Typed in Password = Shaiya123
Clicked "Apply All DB Account + Passwd(if equal all db)
Clicked "Apply All Account"
Clicked "Apply All Passwd"

Selected "Control Service"
Selected "Start All Services"

All unpaused accept "Game"
Checked the logs
I already have a E6 game.exe that's IP bound to 127.0.0.1
But can't log in with Username=Shaiya PW=Shaiya123

have a problem becouse shtool don't open this files.. i have no idea why. so i canged all my files from ep 5 (sdata). but stil i can loggin, but when i try to pic server and click ok i get shaiya stoped working..


i even tried just for fun. my old game.exe same problem there sgraphic error..

what can i do to try this? and why don't the normal aeria item.sdata and so on work in shtool now? diff files?


opening cash.sdata works for aeria. but when i'm trying to open item.sdata in shtool this comes up

Error, the file item.sdata can not be loaded or processed.

trying to open npc.sdata same stuff happend and monster shtool just stops working.

and no i have other files this works on. just aerieas files. have they finaly made it so ppl can't use that easy way anymore?

changing back to a working client run all sql files from that client + change npc.sdata in server files + changing game.exe back to normal 5.1 or 2 not sure. this works. so mabe aeria have changed there files in a way?

what version did work ? aeria i mean..

u could have created the sql files via python..

i didnt realy think about that.

turn to db but how can you turn monster to db? or sql file i mean?

hmm this look's like alot of buggs

got the new skills working but OMG that's buggy heheh..

but fun. a hard nut to crack. have to use brain.exe again i see.

oh and that just went on a holyday. this is not good.:-P

uhm yh it was already told that the db/server files is full off bugs even the creator of that topic. So actually it would be more worth creating a full ep 5 server and add all ep6 stuff by hand work would be alot more bug free :o even so the ep5 files wont be totaly bug free.

Well hey even if it's full of bugs, I would simply just like to be able to log into my server!
Then after that "Create another user account so i can play LAN with my girl!"

But honestly these forums seem to be so scattered all over the place and iv'e been reading all what i can for the past couple days so i'm not seeming to be a leaching n00b but the response time is kinda frustrating :(

Creating a badass WOW Pserver was a breeze compared to this LOL!!

So here's my current issue/progress in hopes that someone can assist me or even point me in the right direction...

Firstly.. I must note that in this release when you attach the DB files using MSSQL SMS,
the PS_GameDefs gets renamed to PS_GameDefs11 for some reason "I SWEAR I DIDN'T DO IT!! and that caused issues...

Where i am stuck at now is: When i start all services, everything goes green arrow,
but then when i try to connect using client from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

It says "Account Doesn't exist"
I've tried editing the game.exe with ShaiyaPatcher to bind to ip 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.0.1 and still have no luck

I can however log in fine with Username: gmlight Password: gmlight123
It shows the server..
I click on it, Shaiya crashes....

Why doesn't this game like me?? :(

So yeah!, here's me begging for someone to help me in my battle and eagerness to host my own shaiya "Semi E6 Pserver for LAN usage"

Perhaps in time "so i don't join in on the (destruction of shaiya pservers necause of my lack of exp) I will put more time into learning how to properly modify data/items and even missions once my knowledge advances to that point..
But one step at a time...

First of all, for your account not existing, make sure the leave column is set to "0". As for you crashing after server selection, check your linked servers in the database. The passwords may not match.
