read the whole thread before you post, this issue was answered in this thread by someone. I know cause thats how I fixed mine...

This speed hack is only speed up ur char..
If u wan mobs speed up go search for Non Arggo guide u can change the speed of the mobs =p and this speed hack work very well love it..

you have to follow tutorials on how to hack, it looks complicated, but it's really easy, every dumb kid can do it ><
