Considering he rewrites the themida patch every update, and every time I look at his patcher, he's added more patches, you can go ahead and assume that he could write his own patcher fully from scratch.

Why would he write his own though, with decent patcher source available? Reinventing the wheel for the sake of doing so is a pointless venture at best.

as for cracking dinput8 (is that what was being talked about, I just skipped ahead) the methods are out there, and they are quite simple when you think about it. Just think, what are the things that are located in every single passworded rar?
