[RELEASE] BOI Server Files + Server Tools + GM tools

Heh... do not understand...
What run, where edit adress, how start db, what first start, centos start.sh or windows start.bat... What files are change and what change.
I hope that someone will make a full guide.

Hmm, no matter how many times I restart Line.exe, it still tells me "ReqSysVar 4" and ManagerServerR.exe won't load any LeagueData.. Ughhh, I don't understand lol. It has to be something wrong in my config files, I just have no idea what. Are there certain ones that should be set to 127.0.0.1 instead of my 192.168.x.x Windows IP? If somebody could please make a simple little .config file guide showing where to put which IPs, that would help me and I'm sure a lot of other people out a great deal..!
