Mastery bug, no summoner cool downs

Your right I do know my shit newbies dont learn by getting handouts. That's where laziness comes from. All I see here are about 20 people being LAZY instead of reading a 10 minute tutorial and actually LEARNING something out of it. THAT IS EXACTLY WHY I wouldn't post it here if I were offered anything.
Every hacking forum now, especially EPVP is just trolls and scriptkiddies looking for the newest exploit, that they could abuse when they haven't done anything in the first place to even deserve it.

i do know how to edit, i can change everything except for those 0/1 masteries.. and reading a tutorial wont help since i already know everything from that tutorial.. you didnt even try changing them

but it didn't helped me a shit.

at least please show us the good tutorial that gonnna help us. Tried few, and i really dont know how to do it correctly. Im newbie, ik. But i want to learn, dont want to only get ready stuff
