hello folks small issue with my server well i hope it is anyway. i have the server all set up and runnin and i can log in to it from the host pc, but i cant login to it from any other pc. i have set up the oem.dat and .ini files and edited the gamesetup.ini. I have forwarded the ports on my router to the hosting pc. ok but enough about that the issue i am running into is it saying that it failed to connect to game server try again later or try again later. any suggestions?

ok i have a problem with setting up my server.

I got the db/serverfiles from necron33 pserver guilde and did all the necessary things he said in the guide.
questions:

1. I get some mixed up with my ip. At the winmqladmin.exe my ip shows 192.168.1.64 but when i use whatismyip.org it say my ip is 85.194.127.10. I tried loging in the winmyqladmin.exe and edited the my.ini with my ip but i still get the error saying" Not Found, Driver 3.51 not found" why? and so which of the 2 ip address is my real ip add, the one that was automatically on the winmyqladmin.exe or the one i googled?

2. With all the changes in accserver and gameserver i did and tried to run accserver.exe it shuts down automatically. why?

i did all the searching and stuff but didnt find even one thread giving an exact solution on this matter. I hope u help me guys. tnx

P.S. do u thing by changing or downloading a different db would work? one more thing rexes tried to work with me with TV but with some wierd reason my connection wasnt fast enough so i think he was bored and left. but tnx for the help thoug bro...:)

To pktman:
Here are some answers to your questions

1. The IP in your mysqladmin is your internal ip, the one you googled is your external. For people to connect to your server you will need to do some port forwarding and give them your external ip.

2. Most times when the acctserver.exe closes like that its because one of your ini files are incorrect. You can also look inside your accountserver folder and find another folder called log, it should show the error logs there.

/agree check ur inis at the accserver folder and be sure u delete ur my.ini and start the winmysqladmin.exe again...

got the accserver working but b4 it works an error msg appear..."error. db real denied OCW@localhost" its something like dat...ehehehe not sure though the exe runs gud after dat...ehehehe what do u guys thing it is?

and can u guys pls upload the maniquin db in some other site coz i have some problem with downloading mega and rapidshare...there kinda banned in my country:)

well for this prob u have to check the users using navicat..go to ur navicat.Click manage users then click add user and write..at username:OCW at host :localhost and no pass then click ok. Now the last thing is to give all the privileges to this user...so that he can control the db...Hit thnx if helped...about the manequinn db tell me what exactly u want..client or server files???

i need the client and db if u can upload it somewhere besides mega or rapid that'll be awesome.tnx

ok i am uploading atm when done i will edit this post with the link now about the db w8...

ppl i have error when someone connect to my server it's say cannot connect to server please try again later can i know why
