You are currently using only Hex display.
Press F7 in WinHex to change it to text display. Then click Ctrl+F to search for the potion you like and then just edit it like it's shown in this tutorial. Private servers aren't any different :).
Looks like you're using some old dekaron_no_crc.exe . You don't need to have that at all. And if you replaced something in the GameGuard folder you're probably using Nebular's GGKiller, you don't need that either for this.
1) Go to

2) Download the No-CRC from Nebular's post.
3) Extract the
Laucher.exe and the
nocrc.dll into bin.
4) Make sure your packfiles aren't edited (virgin packfiles).
5) If you have a CRC folder in bin,
delete it!
6) Run the Launcher.exe with admin rights.
7) Target a plain dekaron.exe with it (unpacked or packed, doesn't matter).
8) Log in. Connect to the game.
When you are connected press Esc --> Exit Game.
9) Now you should have a CRC folder in bin, don't do anything to it, just let it be there.

Edit your packfiles (yes, make the hacks now).
11) When you've edited the packfiles, run the Laucher.exe again.
12) Target the same dekaron.exe (just to prevent any bugs ;)).
13) Log in. Now you should be able to connect to the game with hacks.
If the client still kicks you to the login screen try reinstalling your game and repeating all the steps.
Try that :).
