Try starting the logintool from the private server folder itself, and not from the desktop icon.

Well...that error message is in Chinese. Try installing East Asian Language from Control Panel>Date, Time and Regional Options>Regional and Language Options>Languages tab>Install files for East Asian languages. You will need your XP CD. Do that and start the logintool so I can read the error message.

What do you mean you can't log in? As in you input your user ID and password and it doesn't connect to the server?

server might be down atm, as i can't enter(log-in, freezes after trying to log-in)...its time for me to sleep tho, so its all good :D
