My first try at making a speedhack (for 5031)

i download SpeedHackV5.rar .. extract the speedhack programm ..
but it doesn't work ..
it says : "Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

.. and now ?

dont work.... I opened the hack, opened CO, turned on speedhack, didnt work. Then I even typed my char's name in the box, still nothing. why isnt it working?
