ZSZC - files wich was released ( uploaded again )

There's also another option to make.
I could form some kind of team which will manage the server with me and we could make inernational server together.

However,problems will be with host selection as those files require "krall" server to be running fine,even with 1000 players and that's quite big money.

Another problem would be haters doing DDoS attacks for sure. I couldn't afford possible costs that might occur after ddos attacks as well. Another things would be lawsuit,I'm not really into law and shit so I'm not sure what I would have to do to be "legal"(of course it will never be legal,but y'know...) Also,it wouldn't be hosted in China for sure,we know noone from china to trust enough. Furthermore,servers would be either located in Europe so that would be easy to get personal infos and shit since that's "europe" xD

Everything has to be well organised to make it all working so that's not so easy :P

IMO it's not worth to make a new server. there's already zszc, swsro, sjsro and mysro which uses these files. ZSZC would DDOS your server for sure.. plus it costs a lot of money.
Either sell them or release them

The profit is not the same like it was back in 2007 where only MHTC open there was a big income, but now since ZSZC, SWSRO can't update like fortress war, Chin Tomb its pointless to play there and after Esro released it's getting a step down.

What do you would choose
1. Be a GM on a corrupt server but DON'T RELEASE the files
2. Release the files and see all chinese pserver burning :D
3. Create own Server

Exactly. That's the risk nobody wants to take.
Maybe the money promise is really big and awesome,but still - the risk is too big.

So,the best option would be releasing them for all so there would be many pservers and joymax couldn't sue everyone.

Exactly my idea. Imagine 100's of servers running, Joymax can't sue them all. It costs money to open a lawsuit + All lawsuits wont bring joymax profit.

Option #1 is only good if you want to have some fun without any profit :P
Option #2 is the best one imho.
Option #3 is really promising and could bring some kind of fortune to normal humans yet it brings extremely high risk of getting sued,especially that none of us is "beyond law" like Ocean.

However,this decision requires more time to think about and here gota be appropriate moment to do so.

Surely they can sue you, they'll just sue the biggest servers like sulake does for retros

Companies always sueing the most popular servers with the biggest income :P

3. look for a root
4. ddos on a root dont work
5. ???
6. profit

An international server with good team and managment will attract alot of players, which will easly make it the biggest. Targeted by joymax BAM, sued. No way I'd take that risk, Life is to important and you only got one.

that's why i'm with option 2
if the files are released joymax won't do any thing since there will be alot of servers which will cost them millions to sue they could better just leave the new servers otherwise they will pay from their own money lol
