AoR Server down?

so is the server gonna go up or is it over ? XD
cuz i never played it i hope it will be back soon
but whats kts ? is it the corean server ?
is it good ? should i try it ?

KTS is korean, you need VPN to play.

Now it's time to wait. I've read the whole thread now and I'm exited whether the server will come online again. If he adds Epic7 , it would be awesome. And with that CS NPC in rondo it would even be funnier :D (Can't remember the person who said that or if it's true.. :D)
