omg ffs his times for the dragon ball devil are wrong, it cannot spawn twice in a day always. and its not 6 hours after lol. stake out after server maintenance the next day and wait for it to spawn if u want it that bad.

btw island 4 isnt an island it can spawn on and which island it appears on is RANDOM they are not in order.

hey guys if a waterdevil did 8k to my lvl 117 2nd rb 193 pot tro, compared to the other waterdevils doing 2k to me, is that the dbdevil? im not sure cuz i think i killed the dbmob in like 4 hits
