I’d like to clarify that controller support was fully fixed two weeks after the game’s release, and it has been working 100% for over two months now.

We switched servers at that time, and as a result, our server has never experienced any bugs or crashes since then, as you so aptly put it.

It’s simply that our old server was too small for our rapidly expanding customer base.

And as of today, NEXUP is fully functional on all platforms and completely undetectable.

And our customer base is proof of that.
It’s not new accounts on EPVP that can say otherwise—they can provide proof.

But as you can see by looking at all these accounts, they were created between 2019 and 2024.

Only a few of the accounts were created after 2026.
