I have +99 wep too. Why? Because at server merge my char has been overwrited. At account login there was my char with a @123651235... name. I clicked on it, it asked for a new name. I added new name, and then I could log in.. The char was naked, 0 gold, only a +99 wep in the inventory, guess only for saying sorry.

by the looks of the 81% , ive seen stuff like that go for 200m

Tho it's "only" Dg. 8 i would try to sell it for 300m-400m.
But try the Phy. Reinforce to 61%+
