Why does my client says server is under inspection?

I can't log neither, says that the server is under inspection :<

For whoever wants a little help, i'll be giving free plvl for new-starters once I get inside the server.

Still can't enter the game, when I start launcher Im getting Error Code 3, how to fix this stupid issue?

I get a dc every 10 minutes or so.
