After using the tutorial, I have had a good server. There is still some bugs, but it's ok.
From what I've Done, I just want to remind you guys a small step that many guys almost forget.
Database, ID, Password need to be exactly the same.
After changing *.ini files in Certification Folder. YOU NEED TO USE "Compile.bat" to make them all done.
If not, the same errors remain.

mr zikor1337 i downloaded your server files already - now i'm having a lot of issues first is that i every time make sure that every thing is right as following your setup steps and i try to lunch Globalmanger he closed after 1 or 2 sec ! happen the same with the rest of the apps always closed after 1 or 2 sec

This tutorial is based on the 110Cap. You can simply download any database/client you want and use those instead of the 110 cap. But you will need to change the Data folder with the newest one.
