How long does it take to get a license after you paid ?

Man i just paid too, waiting 5 hours, and refresh everything, i am pissed off, i havent got anything, it donnt work, my id ship is 74/21155757, int3. I think we just got tricked...pLs HELP!!!WHat do we have to do, if this is a scum??

-Goes to the farthest corner, does not repair

-Then get the log; No more ships available: Deactivating

I want to buy a license but the problem is that I only need it for the bm. And it is not working correctly for me. Maybe you can look in it if you got the time.
