[Release] Complete VSRO Server Files

Hey.
I had Finished it on my Root.
But the Problem ist that the SMC Cant Start, it Starts and than the Windows Error "no Reaktion(Keine Rückmeldunge German)"..
Who can Help me send me an PM thanks

OS : Windows Server 2008 R2

When i want to start the SMC_Independet it close with the "no feedback"(German = keine Rückmeldung) error...
Someone can help me?

Is it possbile to "distribute" server files between 2 PCs. to run most of server modules on one pc and Sr_gameserver at other(more powerfull).
intel core i3 (4gb ram) is enough to handle sr_shard and sr_gameserver,
intel dual-core cpu 2.10ghz (3gb ram) for other server modules and database?

btw sr_gameserver requires 64bit os?

and how to solve the next error:
Launching machine manager and he closing in 3 seconds
after i can see in log of global manager:
Cannot certify [machinemanager]
