yea u talkin way too much here ... but when there is some cases with ur bot ur def like stones in your site ... despite i was the one who realized how tq finds ur bot - didnt receive a working update nor 1 day compensation ... it was 4 days for a month working in fact ...

Look, even though Honor was a jerk about it doesn't mean he didn't have a point. During the downtime, John nor his admins had any ETA on a fix. The shoutbox on the webpage was filled with constant questions but no answers. The bot looked dead.

If you're going to offer a bot that needs to be maintained constantly, then you need to have an active community with support capable of informing everyone of the situation in a timely manner. THEY WERE IN NO WRONG LEGALLY, but the image of the bot was absolute filth. Had it not been the only bot with hope of success, it would've been a failure.

I should start selling tissue boxes the next time the bot goes down.
