Here is the step by step process i used to install agBot

First you will need the following files

[COLOR="Blue"]agBot  version  1.55[/COLOR]   ( IMO ver 1.55 is the best release to date. )

***** Installation ******

1) Register the OCX files

copy VbEcplipse.ocx into C:\Windows\System32

then click start > go to the "run" box, then type the following:

regsvr32 "C:\Windows\system32\VbEclipse.ocx"

and press enter

Repeat the above for the 2 other ocx files ( comctl32.ocx and comdlg32.ocx)

ie. use regsvr32 "C:\Windows\system32\comctl32.ocx"

then use regsvr32 "C:\Windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx

2) Download the "library files" and install them

3) Having extracted ver 1.55 of agBot to any folder
Copy MediaPatcher.exe into C:\Program Files\Silkroad and run it
(it will create 2 files port.bak and ip.bak)

4) replace sro_client.exe with the one from the 1.44 No-DC client

(make sure to rename the original sro_client first ie. rename it to sro_client.old or sro_client.144)

5) run "nuConnector Config.exe" and change the IP address from .26 to .27 (last octet)

6) now Run nuConnector.exe

7) Run agBot.exe

8) start silkroad

Most important. If you have been struggling to get agBot to work with a realease later than 1.55, I suggest you uninstall silkroad, then run a good registry cleaner (regvac) before re-installing and updating the client to 1.44, then follow the above steps.

I did everything you said but the bot won't show up the second time i run it. I ran it the first time and it was fine, I clicked "ok" and the bot disappeared. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? I am already running bot as administrator.

why multi dont work when i launch other sro they give me Dc ! help pls or when i launch sro without agbot they give me (9) error help

hey eemm guys u do know that after you reach to lvl 50+ they will hack u and change your pw/e-mail so it will b as if u never had an acc -.-''

Why installing the needed Files twice?
the libaryfiles contains the 3 files too lol

Although I had no problems registering the ocx files in Windows XP (32bit)

I couldn't get the ocx files to register properly in Vista x64

either because they are written for 32 bit OS? or, most likely, because the PATH variable is different in vista x64

Whatever the reason, running the Library files successfully installed to the correct path
which is why I recommended that as well.

They also contain other files Msflxgrd.ocx , ccrpprg6.ocx ,olepro32.dll ,msvcrt.dll ,TABCTL32.OCX which may prove useful ??

Hey, will i be able to leave this bot on all night long? And what excatly does it do? i just started the game lol, can't play anything without hacking now, even in real life =P

But regardless of that, does this bot simply make you run around killing stuff and picking up stuff? Can i go back to town and sell items when I'm done? When is a good time to start botting, im lvl 3, is it worth it? =D
