You should always make them linked, not full cloned!
If they are fresh you can get some more into 60 GB but as soon as Riot
deploys a new patch and clones start updating themselves your system may run out of space, the VMs crash and your host OS might get problems, too.
Also I would advise you to don't fill your SSD 100%. They need some free space to work (wear leveling). May also have influence of the performance of the SSD.

So if you want to run more best option would be to get a second SSD (or swap your to a bigger one). Samsung 840 EVO/Pro are doing the job perfectly.

The rest of your PC is ready for 12 VMs. Is your descision if you want to invest that money ;)

What does the "slowstart" on ---->shaddowlink's NHC Script <---- do? I mean it does not change the config file to set up the Masters and Slaves, dont know what's the difference...

Whats your GPU? Do you have any errors on your event logs?

Ran off and bought new parts to my PC ~2 days ago so I could start a local refservice, it ran fine the first 12 hours but when I went to sleep and woke up the next day the PC did a total freeze (the clock had stopped at 02:50) and then It happened again but with shorter timespan, 6hours and now I cant even run it for an hour without it freezing (cant even ctrlaltdel)

Anyone had a similar issue? Without an error I have no idea what is causing this, I've googled and it looks like it can be ANYTHING in the pc. Faulty harddrive, RAM, GPU, CPU, temperature(dont think so, its pretty cold), PSU, drivers etc. Im gonna see how the pc works without 18x vmware running now.

I went and bought the AMD FX 8250 and +16GB ram which makes me sit at 24GB atm. The graphic card is a GTX 560 1GB.

@UP
Have u seen this post?

It simply freezes at the moment of DC and stays so until computer reset.

With this patch/this bot version that's my only problem to solve and VMs should work preety stable.
I tried to figure out what may cause it and it's (for me at least) ... NET CUT.
But I still got no solution for it.

Pretty sure it's recommended to have at least 2 GB of GPU memory

Yea I also had that thought, however nhcoorh recommends a 1gb card, but it seems reasonable I need 2gb.. But it even froze at 12 VMs, is 2gb even supposed to necessary by then? I ran 10VMs before my "upgrade" for months without any issue. This is driving me crazy..If anyone agrees with you, im off to the shop first thing in the morning..

Where did he say that? O_o. But yeah if you are going to run 18+ vms then you can just look yourself. Your gpu memory will run out with just 1 gb and that will cause it to crash which can cause the black screens.

Download GPU-Z and monitor your GPU memory.

@Up - Allrighty
Run "Update.exe" file inside VM(s) again.

Woah, this post has just dissapepeared I guess.

@driter214 then
What type of botting are u talking about? 1-30 TT or normal 1-10 refs?

U can run 18 ref VMs with this amount of RAM. Not sure if this proc can handle 24 stable working VMs.
07/19/2014 23:26 drifter213#11682
my hardware:

cpu: Intel Core i7 3770 @ 3.40GHz
ram: 18GB DDR3 //edit: I may add some in the next week
gpu: AMD Radeon HD 7950 (3GB GDDR5)
500GB SSD

how many bots can I host?
i am currently running 10 bots and if they are loading the game, my cpu goes off to 100% usage and now I am wondering, if I have configured them wrongly of I just have to buy a better processor?
07/19/2014 23:36 Elevate Gaming#11683
During the loading screen it's quite normal to have 100% cpu usage. Best thing to do is slow start the bots so that not all of them are loading at the same time cos that causes major cpu usage and lag.
07/19/2014 23:39 drifter213#11684
And how can I do a "slow start"?
Never heard of that... :)
07/20/2014 01:12 fakkd#11685
Thanks for your interest guys, my 2 "tests" with GPU-Z is

1) 6 VMs, 6 Loadingscreens, [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2) 12 VMs, 0 Loadingscreen, some VMs booting LoL client and some ingame [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I suppose its not the GPU load im after? I think the highest it reached was 25% for a second. Is it memory used I should be worried about? Close to maxing it out on 2nd picture and im not even in 12x loadingscreens where I suppose it uses the most memory..

But at the same time, nhcoorh, in the first post of this thread mentions that 1gb is enough and I googled a bit and came back to him again lol, 2 years ago but shouldnt be much of a difference? I can barely run 12 VMs without freeze and
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
is mentioning running 20 vms on 1gb..

Will 2gb be enough? Its same price, same card but 4gb isnt in store so have to wait one week XD
