3. Level limit should be 100 and from lvl 1-99 exp should me normal but from lvl 99 to 100 exp should be at least 5x harder then making 98-99, but the reward to those who make lvl 100 i would add a special Weapon lvl 100 with some extra stats. gtfo man.
4. Stones: lvl 1-3 stones can be droped by normal/boss monsters, lvl 4 Stone droped by Ice Boss, lvl 5 by Light Boss, lvl 6 by Poison Boss, also lvl 4,5 and 6 stones can be refined by refining 10 of each kind to get random 1-3 of higher lvl..... I actually like this idea.
5. I would go for old skill bar also, and block macro users. no I like not having to use shift or `

I would increase cooldown time for Halt/Restrain/Repress/Mutation/Elefavour/Antimagic/Godlike also I would add a passive Stun Resistence buff for all classes, this buff will destroy the perma stun from spammers. Halt, Mutation, Ele Favour (little not much), Godlike/energy barrier. Give like 4-5 secs to where it cannot be used again.

Just my idea man. This server is attracting me because of last episode webzen.
My suggestions for beginning of server (first few weeks)
1. Keep Shrine and Absolute armor sets. If you decide not too at least keep the daily shrine fights, but give different rewards.
2. Do Normal RvR on Monday. Do RvR with all buffs for all classes on Friday. Why, because it will encourage more weekend play, and sieges will be more hardcore. Do not do RvR everyday because then Monday's RvR will be more competitive. (remember justac, during first 2 months of server elfs got every buff every day)
3. If possible make potions drop more during first 2 weeks, it will let players be able to spend more without worrying about gold for potions.
Just little thoughts here, agree or disagree I don't care. Just trying to help make it more enjoyable because the first 2 months will make or break the server I think.
