Theres no excuse for any account in 2016 needing 24 hours max to activate. Their facebook page told me its because they have alot of licenses to activate.. Why is this not automatic? Why do you need to manually activate peoples BOUGHT licenses? Customer support could be better. I thought maybe 30 mins to an hour but not when they manually add peoples accounts/licenses to a server. Seems pretty poor considering the pricing you charge and the prices other people charge.

Will just go buy someone else's as I'm not waiting up to 24 hours to bot when there's many out there. Might seem blunt and rude but this is 2016 and even in 2015 I was never asked to wait up to 24 hours just to use something. I can hardly believe for a second hundreds of people are buying this bot A DAY to cause such a delay.
Hello, i bought nanobot yesterday and let it run the night... or not because he stopped because he did click on a window (chat, ship info, quests,... for example) and wasn't able to close it alone. What could i do for this ? And he someties goes away of the map (and boom then). Also, when i click the option "repair when 70%", the ship repairs to the portal, then goes for 1-2 sec and then come back for repairing but he's full hp !
