100 refs would be perfectly fine. Almost no real chance of getting banned. I purchased 100 refs in one week about a month ago and I still have not been banned or warned.

It says 5000 RP for every 50 Refferals after 100. I ordered 100 and it says the accounts are level 10, but usually it instantly redeems the RP for me, for some reason I don't get the RP. I have 250 referrals altogether though and I can see all of them hit level 10, but it says I have 150 completed level 5?
