Guide/Release: Conquer Server (CoFuture) Using MySql!

after i logon to phpyadmin it brings me a blank white page and nothing is loading .

k if this douse work how in the hell are u sapouce to host it for other people to log in???

Give them the client, or make your own.. With the edited server.dat, with your ip address.. Then they can connect

This is saying that you have the wrong ip address or server name. Try downloading a program called Hamachi for now, until you find out your global IP address

When u installed appserv u set a password

your user = root
pass = your pass u set be4 :D

Ok i have been wurking on this for like 2 days straight and i am SOOO close but..... i cant login it gets to the logging into server screen and then IMIDIATLY says conection with the server has been interupted and when i look at the cmd prompt thing it says auth Packet: Auth Request


PLEASE HELP

when i open database.cs and edit the lines 39 40 and 44 and then buildsolution then it says that these errors showed up:


error 1 'Map' conflicts with the declaration 'COServer.Map' D:\Documents and Settings\jelle3\Bureaublad\CoFuture_Release\Server \PacketHandler.cs 511 68 CoFuture
Error 2 A local variable named 'Map' cannot be declared in this scope because it would give a different meaning to 'Map', which is already used in a 'parent or current' scope to denote something else D:\Documents and Settings\jelle3\Bureaublad\CoFuture_Release\Server \PacketHandler.cs 521 64 CoFuture

1 did you fix server.dat in your client?
2 did you put correct ip in your server?
3 did you open your ports?
4 did you fix your auth? and type?

when you built did you use c#2005? and did you start with project?

did you look all the way at the bottom of the post? there is two items attached which 1 is the database the other is the source so why would you need the links? there database =/

Bad mistake. Now i guess you installed Visual Express 2008 < You need 2005 so now you need to uninstall 2008 and install 2005. Because the source was made in 2005 express, 2008 will fix errors with it (One being the map error) but it dont work. So now you need to delete source and download it again and then edit it with 2005
