It is windows xp, I fixed it by unchecking showing error messages in VM XP, my pc didnt crash, it was happening for 3 weeks and my pc is still good and even VM.

So it didnt help, my VM's were running fine for 2 and half month, without this shit error showing. Now this is happening often and I cant do a shit with it, can somebody help?

why you just dont increase the windows page file? so you dont get that error more in windows xp..

also why you use windows xp :p I have one possible reason for your troubles...

windows xp its no more supported... every 2 weeks the game gets updates and new features that are not tested in windows xp....

If you go to the game requirements it says that supports windows xp? i guess no more :D

I was using it because it was all right and I could run 18 vms with stable fps and no errors for 2 months. Whats windows paging file?

Some games the bots do not receive any XP for playing it, I think sometimes the bot completes the game before 7 minutes?

Probably. I've never had it happen, though.

Getting the same lately - more often than before. May it be not good enough GPU fault? Or rather not?
with new version I am getting this error a lot again, anything to do about it? Losing a lot of refs daily because of it

also

shadowlink's VM is corrupted IMO, some of my machines are restarted sometimes, seems there was a blue screen or just a retsrat and I have to turn on my bot again, Win7 VM from NHC was way stable, had only this problem there [Only registered and activated users can see links. After next LoL patch I will go back to that VM, anyone else having issues with shadowlink's VM?

yeah the black window issue is annoying. at least it would be great if the dev could say something about it

He has always said it's better to use normal OS instead of modified versions of it. The VM will be heavier, but it's better to have 18 stable than 24 bugged.

The black screen is, a 100%, a OS problem.

Personally, I've moved back to Windows XP because nextgame=1 was not working due to the layout change, but I might go to Windows 7 Home Basic again.

Not sure on the 100% an OS problem. Since the latest update I have had black screen a lot less frequent which is great but it still does happen none the less. The fix that NHC suggested works for some people.

Spoiler

Sometimes weird stuff happens with the Vms and the Game, my solution usually for this problem it's do reclone the vm that does this. But I've heard if you delete some folders and let the game download again it also should fix since the problem could be corrupted files.

Q) My VM it's complety BLACK! I don't see nothing but it's still running.

Well this is a good signal that your GPU crashed on the Host PC. This happens mainly when the GPU Video Memory hits the limits and specially on Nvidia GPU cards.

We must understand that each VM we run it's more video memory being used, and each patch that is coming the game it's getting more GFX and using more video memory so this problem starts to happen to lot of people even with only 18 vms.

To check the video memory in use you can use this tool: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If you go to the event viewer of the PC host you should find some event that relates to the GPU crashing and recover, you can even set a trigger on the Event Viewer in case of this send you an email, since when this happens you have to restart all vms, or do your own script that on this event stop and restart all vms

Nevertheless a good solution to save some video memory and your GPU, it's to run the game in background. just start all vms then you click to close the workstation and choose run in background.

I've heard this problem for lot of people that uses nvidia GT 640/630 2GB versions or similar. I think with ATI the GPU handles better at least since i use gaming ATI versions even with 2GB they can handle the 18 vms.

i use a full os, not tiny or some of this shi. .

i ran those vm over several month with no issue. no black screen after the old exe replaced the new one, now with new update blackscreen again.
i dont have to reclone it to work again. a simple vm reset works great, but thats not the ideal scenario

Same here, I've been using full OS, normal one from NHC, not tiny version or anything, but this error has started to happen like 2 or 3 updates ago so I switched to shadowlink's VM like 2 weeks ago, still same error though, even more because now my VMs seem to restart themself sometimes, havent caught them yet, but systems look restarted and I have to turn on everything again, I will make NHC to autorun itself after windows startup now again, but that black window error will still stay, repair haven't helped

edit:

it would be real nice if anyone could upload their VM without this error, I know that is a lot, that is why I am not going to ask about it, but I know it could be done and our error could go to hell finally, atm I have tried 3 different systems and had this error on each of them

people have to start invest time not try "blind fixes" but first try to understand what is happening.

So then you can search a solution for the error.. If the Game its black.. for sure this is logged somewhere in the game logs or the windows logs of the vm...

If the full vm it's black for sure logs of the windows of the VM and Host can tell you something.. or even logs of the vmware workstation??

for sure you will find the event/cause. Then you can google for a fix of that error/event.

Also we must understand that new game patch bring new stuff... so must likely we need to adapt to the new patchs that come from the game...

So "botting" its no easy thing... people must have knowledge of "PCs", i see lot of people trying to do botting without having any clue how PCs work...

They expect that its just click and play and profit ... its not always like that :)
