What window did you close? You have to keep the bot running if you want it to do something.
And what is your Building/Training timer and Attack timer?

i dont have no timer at the bottom i left it for 30 mins and nothing happened, and i closede the grepolis browse on the website

Ow, that timer doesn't really matter.
That timer shows the ingame timer when the first building in the queue is completed.

It will stay at 00:00:00 until you have enough resources and the bot checks your building queue again.

I would suggest to keep it running for a few hours (so you are sure you have enough resources) and then check again. Or let it run for a whole night when you're asleep.

Ok, let's see what is wrong then. Could you answer the following questions?

-What is your attack timer?
-What is your build/train timer?
-Does the army queue work?
-Can you attack farmers?

And some useful things you could check that could cause your problem:
Enough population,
enough resources,
running army queue/building queue at same time.
