Me and my friend can't start the game. When we press "Start" at launcher just nothing happens, the game doesn't start...

my friends cant login

Yes the Start button appear and when we click at it, the launcher dissapear, but the sro_client doesn't open, nothing happens.

Try to open it by double-click on the sro_client
