What's the best way to get novas? Drop is easier, or HWT? And what is the 100% after +11? You need +12, then +13,+14 is 100%?

Drop is the easiest way to get novas ...
Alchemy: u need to plus from 1 to 5 then +6+7 are 100% then u will need to +8 then +9+10+11 are 100% then u will need to +12+13 and +14+15 are 100% with adv ...

So it's drop the way, so wizard/nuker time, my blader isn't the best for grind. :D Btw, movias drop nova? They are lv 100 only.

Every build is playable, even bladers which are unkillable with cleric buffs. Every build got its purpose. Euro chars have always been stronger, but harder to play. Also expensiver. I can bet you can make CHN pvp char in less than 2 days and start fighting, the difference between eu and chn items price is like 1:8. Maybe u have to check JG south, there is more CHN chars for pvp than eu.
Btw imagine that CHN chars were strong as much as EU. CHN chars just pressing 12343123341 and thats it. It wouldnt be fair.
