About the information I have to agree. They have website, Facebook Page and a Launcher to get some info. Plus this thread. and the lack of info is real. Already told them about this. Not every single players is following this thread. so they have 0 info everytime.
They need people that have more time to fix server when it's down / update the players with info on their website / facebook page / client launcher and here
