Yesterday i was using mbot and i had like 10+ crashes, today with sbot i didnt crash once, yet.

Still few people can't log 3rd char and there are some people running with 6-7...

SalvatioN guild was the most cheater guild before wipe, and they continue after wipe, but now.. to get honor buffs.

Removing the job kill honor buff system would be a huge mistake. You should punish cheaters appropriately though.

About the problem with the IP Limit decrease, it's not as easy to fix it but we're trying to find also a solution for that.

You're right, I'll change it to Contribution Points.
Of course it will count all, even if you spent them already.
