Nope it's not related to dll at all.
If the dll has a problem it'd one of two things :
1-Crash the client entirely
2-Throw up an error that you have something wrong and that you are running emulated windows.

NetEngine problem is really something I never heard before, can you try to run any other silkroad version using the same way you did to play Electus and report if it works ? I can find a solution for you maybe.

I've pushed update for all people who were reporting instant crashes upon login screen, there should be no more problems with that, if any problem occurs again please contact me on skype : thelastthief and I'm going to investigate.

Okay so I tried to download other pserver, obviously wont mention any name but there i get same but this time translated error which is : failed to initialize Net Engine [5127]. I quite ran out of ideas, few years back i ran myth on trashbook but i couldn't run it because of security against emulated windows. I really hope that you can help me, have a nice day
