Would that be the reason why I get loading loop when I try to put perf parts on the Road Runner?

Unfortunately, before I heard of your offline fix, I hadn't played World for eons, so I don't really have another persona (don't remember my old one).


Also, after one use, if I try to play again, or after I did things with my comp before, I get "out of memory" error. Since I dunno much anymore about computers and all, would it be cause by my rig being 6 years old and having 4GB of ram or perhaps my old graphic card, or is this problem's coming from somewhere else?

Tho, I'm SURPRISED at how fast you're making progress on this! It's really awsome, from what I was able to do for now! Kudo to you, sir berkay! ^^

Can someone give me a link to PS Hack? It's a hack that was used for evil such as speedhacking,TE bots,Tank mode but I want it for the camera and wall hack.ONLY for exploring purposes.I don't have to worry about getting banned in offline mode.

I load a friend profile persona, then I load mine again and forget all changes I done :/

By loading another persona you overwrite the persona (including carslots file) that was applied until then. Since it saves your stuff to the applied carslots file (www\nfsw\Engine.svc\personas\22418201\carslots.xm l), by applying another (overwriting the previous) you lose every change you had done to it, unless you copy that file somewhere safe BEFORE applying another.

People, I suggest you DO NOT add the new license plates (or any other new customization parts) uploaded by players other than BERKAY. It might work but it will ruin something else in the game. For instance, adding the new license plates that drop from the card packs will work normally but you will not be able to use powerups. Wait for Berkay's official updates, the folks here are doing great tests and we appreciate the fact they're sharing the results with us, but they might not very well be 100% compatible with Berkay's server.

Hello guys!

Well, I'm currently unable to start the game... when I click host, I have the 3 windows and all, everything installed properly and no errors in any installation. But when I open the shortcut, nothing happens.

So yep, anyone have an idea of what the problem might be? Can someone send me an example of the properties page and what should be written in the target? Thnx!

I don't see how changing A/M Catalogs would cause you not to be able to use powerups. The worst it could probably do is not being able to open A/M shop (in case you have a corrupted catalog > gamecrash when opening A/M shop)

Not being able to use powerups is definitely something else. Probably you not restarting the host along the game. (you have to do that)

heres a tip, BUY all your cars you want in NFSW ONLINE. THEN BACKUP YOUR PERSONA AFTER YOU HAVE THE CARS YOU BOUGHT ONLINE. then once you get on OFFLINE MODE. you can mod all your cars from there. As I have done. :3 got all my lovely toys and I just bought every car in game ONLINE. Modded every single one of them offline. Just waiting for zonda f roadster now :3

Believe me, I did a test just to make sure I can answer you back if you think I'm mistaken or bluffing.

I replaced the Vanity_License_Plates file, reopened everything (0-host and nfsw.exe), game loaded normally, I installed one of these new license plates on my Exige cup 260, worked perfectly until I went out to free roam. Powerups were not functional AT ALL (as if they never existed), tried SP race, SP TE, Pursuit outruns, same outcome. I restarted the host and NFSW.exe, again, same problem happened.

Then I wanted to make sure this file with the new license plates was the core of the problem, so I reverted back to the old Vanity_License_Plates provided by Berkay. Guess what? Powerups worked again (and of course my Exige still has the new license plate since my progress is not lost).

Sorry for the tldr; in a nutshell, the license plates file INDEED caused the malfunction in the powerups system.

EDIT: The powerups malfunction HAD NOTHING TO DO with the new License plates. I did the process again and the problem seems to be gone. Sorry for the confusions caused!
