90% of people that I know with Windows XP aren't able to get IDM to work, for whatever reason. No solution has been found, and I think it's just something that we're going to have to deal with until Neku! comes out with a new, more XP-friendly version of IDM. I'm sorry. :(

Hopefully she will update IDM soon, and release an XP-compatible version.

When do you receive this message? After you enter your HWID, right? Don't worry about that, it's all right; just proceed to the next step. If you've clicked the "Thanks" button on Neku!'s first post and entered your HWID code into the "Hardware ID" box, you should be able to get your personal password.

Are you starting IDM Injector.exe before you start s4 League? Make sure you do that. You always have to start IDM Injector.exe before you start s4 League. Also, make sure to run it as an administrator. Right-click IDM Injector.exe, select "Properties," click on the "Compatibility" tab, then check the "Run this program as an administrator" box. Save your settings and try again.

If your OS is Windows XP, you might just have to sit tight for a while. Most people with Windows XP can't get IDM to work, for whatever reason, and will just have to wait for Neku! to release a more XP-friendly version of IDM. Sorry. :(
