Sorry what do you mean start the the immigrations server from Server Control. did you mean I should copy immigrations server into server control folder?

There should be a folder with CS or Server Control somewhere so when you start MMC and SMC, you have to edit MMC.ini to allow your ip and edit servermon_config.ini to connect to the same ip then it depends on the user you have used (if your using 15.12 on the GC folder)
