Support have shifts, when they are out of their shifts they are supposed to
go offline and Disable shared server DM's. It seems the mod in the picture did disable that but he did not go offline which tells me he isn't doing his job well, thanks for pointing that out. Anyways, I am following up with your ticket.

The refund is done from the resellers side and not ours. I have discussed the issue that the reseller had, please contact him again within your ticket and he can explain to you again.
