It's 2x for 3 hours, after that you must wait 24 hour to get that 3 hours experience x2 again.

If your ticket say 6x experience 100% means that on every 24Hours, 6 hours from it will be x2 Experience and Skill Experience.

But it doesnt, i have got 2 chars on same level and one of them has pre and other one doesnt. I got same exp while the ticket is on...
