Download the full client : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Unzip it, but still does not start the launcher.
Then load down the NEW Launcher: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
These 3 files you extracted into the same folder and replace it with the old.
Then start new launcher and update.
